2 jobs, 4 kids and keeping it all balanced.
I remember the old days, when it was rare for both parents to work outside the house. When I could go over to a friends house after school and know that they would have a parent there. In fact, the kids who didn’t have parents at home were usually the “bad” or at least “ fringe” kids that I was supposed to avoid.
How things have changed. It seems like most kids these days have both parents working in some way or another. In fact its strange to find kids locally with a parent that doesn’t work.
