Sarah is an understanding and compassionate counsellor who has over 10 years of experience in the helping profession. She has worked with both men and women as well as youth in a variety of settings. Her passion is to see women, kids, marriages, and families live healthy and thriving lives by working through their hurts and hang-ups.

Sarah’s approach to counselling is largely based on the person-centred approach and narrative therapy. She believes that people are able to overcome life’s difficulties through personal growth and realization and that people are experts in their own lives. With the help of God, and people he’s gifted in counselling, people can work through and thrive despite life’s challenges.
4. Counselling Information
Counselling in Person or Online: $125/session
Session Length: 50 minutes
5. Payment for Services
Payment is due at the time of the session by cash, cheque, e-transfer, or credit card. Cheques should be made payable to Sarah Lim.
Cancellation Fee: With notification of less than 24 hours, clients agree to pay a cancellation fee equal to the cost of a full session.
