Forgiveness -Poison or Blessing?
Forgiveness can be a difficult thing. I don’t think that any of us have any trouble finding situations from our past that have required forgiveness.
As hard as it is, it’s always worth it. Quotes like "un-forgiveness is like swallowing poison and hoping the other person will die" remind us of how toxic the resulting bitterness can be; some even suggest that long-term resentment can cause ailments like physical cancer.
