    David is excited to get to know you and your story. He understands that everyone is unique and that counselling is not a one-size-fits-all process. His goal as a counsellor is to facilitate the discovery of self and use this insight as a platform to enact meaningful change.

    Victoria is a compassionate counsellor with years of counselling experience as well as a decade of being in a helping profession, supporting teens, individuals, and marriages. She believes that she can be part of your journey as you become the version of you God intends for you to become.

    Sara was previously an employment consultant, but feeling the nudge of purpose, she was drawn to the challenges faced by her clients on their journey to recovery. After nearly a decade of working on complex mental health cases, together with her own experiences in counselling, she decided to pursue her Masters in Psychology and Clinical Counselling.

    Karin has a big heart for women going through partner betrayal trauma. She gets it. She had to walk through her own healing and recovery. And now, it is her deep desire to help women heal as a whole person.

Anna especially loves the moment autistic and ADHD clients discover they are understood, welcome, and safe to be whom they were created to be without shame or fear.

    Rachel brings her warm presence and relational style where individuals feel safe to explore life’s challenges and experience change. Rachel specializes in trauma-informed, body-based and emotion-focused approaches to counselling.

    Jackie has a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. With a background in education and grief counselling, she brings personal life experience and empathy to her practice. Jackie feels honoured to accompany her clients through the difficult and messy parts of life, guiding them toward a more content and purposeful existence.
